Long’s Bakery has been a staple in the community for generations, offering a wide variety of freshly baked goods that are made from our treasured recipes. Long’s Bakery has now been passed down through four generations, with each family member contributing their own unique touch to the business.

We are known for our warm and welcoming atmosphere, with customers often feeling like part of the family when they visit. We often hear wonderful stories from our customers of the memories they have shared with their family and friends visiting our establishment over the years. 


Long’s Bakery dates back to January 29, 1955 with our second Southport location opening in 1987. We still use traditional baking methods and recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.

This commitment to tradition and quality sets us apart from larger commercial bakeries, as we prioritize using the best ingredients and taking the time to craft each item with care, attention to detail and by hand. In addition to offering delicious baked goods, Long’s Bakery also plays an important role in the community, often supporting local events and organizations.
